4. Installation Terms

Customer is responsible for site preparation unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

B2 Buildings is not liable for delays due to weather, material shortages, or access limitations.

All installations must comply with local building codes and permit requirements. It is the customer’s responsibility to obtain necessary permits unless agreed in writing.

Any additional work requested on-site may incur added costs.

5. Warranty

We stand behind our buildings. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer, materials, and project scope. Please refer to your specific contract for full warranty details.

6. Payments & Refunds

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, checks, ACH, or other approved methods.

Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or fabrication has begun.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and are handled on a case-by-case basis.
